The celebrations are still going strong after India’s historic victory in the Women’s ODI World Cup 2025, and now the players are set to receive a flood of rewards for their incredible achievement. The Indian team’s first-ever ODI World Cup title, sealed in Navi Mumbai on November 2, has not only won hearts across the country but also brought major financial recognition from the BCCI and beyond.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced a massive Rs 51 crore cash reward for the players, support staff, and selection committee. The Indian team also received Rs 40 crore prize money from the ICC, the highest ever for any World Cup edition, and nearly three times more than what Australia received in the previous edition.
