India have won the toss and decided to bowl first against Pakistan in the final of the U-19 Asia Cup 2025 at the ICC Academy Ground in Dubai. India are unbeaten coming into the final while Pakistan have only lost one match and that was against India.

India continued with the same playing XI with which they won their semifinal clash. Pakistan, meanwhile make one change to their lineup with left-arm spinner Niqab Shafiq replacing seamer Daniyal Ali Khan. India defeated Sri Lanka in the rain-curtailed semifinal while Pakistan made light work of Bangladesh in their semifinal that too was affected by rain.

Earlier in the tournament, India and Pakistan met in the group stage where the Boys in Blue dished out a solid performance to beat Pakistan by 90 runs. Pakistan had won the toss in that game but India put up a decent total of 240 all out with Aaron George scoring a brisk 85 at No 3. Kanishk Chouhan also scored 46 down the order to help India push the target to 241.
Pakistan could not handle Deepesh Devendran’s pace as he took three wickets alongside Chouhan who also picked up three scalps to bowl Pakistan out for 150.
