India vs England 3rd Test Match Day 5 LIVE: India endured a devastating start on Day 5 as three batsmen departed in quick succession. Jofra Archer got things going for England. He picked the scalp of Rishabh Pant when he was at 9, and put India under immense pressure from the outset. After Pant's dismissal, KL Rahul also perished, courtesy of a brilliant review by Ben Stokes. Archer then came back and sent Washington Sundar back to the pavilion on a duck. Ravindra Jadeja and Nitish Kumar Reddy displayed defiance after that but Chris Woakes broke the partnership by taking the wicket of Reddy just at the stroke of lunch. India end the session at 112/8 after 39.3 overs. Following that Jadeja put on another steadfast partnership, this time with Jasprit Bumrah. The pair added 35-runs to the total. Eventually, Stokes took the wicket of Bumrah with India still needing 46 more runs to win. Jadeja did not give up till the end and tried to get to the finish line alongside Mohammed Siraj.
