India vs England LIVE Match: A thrilling start is expected on Day 4 of the third Test at Lord’s on Sunday (13 July), after tempers flared and Shubman Gill and Zak Crawley were involved in an on-field spat just before stumps on Day 3.

After India were bowled out for 387, the exact same score as England in the first innings, the visitors were eager to bowl as much as possible in the remaining six to seven minutes, but English opener Crawley employed time-wasting tactics to restrict Indian bowling to just one over.

Another round of Shubman Gill vs Zak Crawley is expected

England finished on 2/0 after one over from Bumrah in which Crawley was seen pulling out of a delivery and also called for physio after being hit on the gloves.

It frustrated India as they were hoping to squeeze in at least two overs and as a result, captain Gill was seen exchanging a few words with Crawley and also threw some expletives at him. “Grow some fuck**g balls,” Gill told Crawley.

Nonetheless, England ended the day without losing a wicket and Crawley will be back on Day 4. It will be interesting to see what happens today, but Gill and he may be once again seen having a go at each other.

For India, the important thing here, however, is not to lose sight of a victory. The focus should be on getting England bowled out as early as possible and hopefully chasing a not-so-big total.
