India received a big blow early on in their high-voltage match against Pakistan as Mohammed Shami walked off the field due to a fitness use. Shami was seen struggling with what appeared as pain in the ankle region and was treated by Team India physio on the pitch. Eventually, he decided to walk off at the end of the fifth over.
The good news for Team India fans, however, is that he returned to the field of play at the start of the eighth over. However, he wasn’t called in to bowl immediately as Hardik Pandya continued.
