  • Many times, you lose a game in the span of 3-4 overs. In T20Is, it certainly happens so. Will Bangladesh rue that? The bowlers had set things up nicely in the first half but then got loose. Will the unbeaten 81-run stand hurt them come the end of the game? A wicket each for all the bowlers barring Shakib. Will it be a night for him with the bat? Stay tuned for the run chase.
  • Mustafizur went for 14 and Shakib followed that with a leakage of 30 runs in the span of 6 balls. That gave momentum to the visitors as they scored 55 from overs 15-17 but then the lights went off at the stadium. It took a good 10-15 minutes before normalcy was resumed but the break affected the tourists as they managed just 8 in the last over.
  • An innings which never took off. Zimbabwe started the first ball with a boundary but after that, got consumed by the slowness of the surface. Masakadza and Ervine tried the resurrection bit but once the latter was dismissed, the innings went downhill. The scorecard read 63/5 in the 10th over and it was the 15th over when Burl decided it was time.
  • A below par total but given where they were at the halfway mark, Zimbabwe will take it. Their top and middle order was blown away and had it not been for the Burl-Mutombodzi stand, they might have not even reached 120.
  • 17.6 Nice shot to end the innings. Full and outside off, Mutombodzi looks to go inside out and carves it, but ends up slicing it. Soumya Sarkar races to his left from long off and keeps the batsmen to a couple. Just 8 runs from the final over and ZIMBABWE FINISH ON 144/5!
  • 17.5 Ouch. That would be painful. Full and around middle, TM swings hard but gets an inside edge right onto the area behind the pad, where there is no protection. Immediately falls to the ground in pain. Burl wants a single but is sent back.
  • 17.4 FOUR! Fortune favours the brave. Mutombodzi backs away to the leg side but Mustafizur goes wide outside off. It is a full toss and Tinotenda slashes hard. Gets a thick outside edge which goes on the bounce behind. Mushfiqur Rahim dives to his right but can only get a glove to it. It hits his webbing and races to third man. Taijul Islam races to his left from third man and dives but prematurely. He misses and the ball meets the fence.
  • 17.3 Full and outside off, driven through the covers for just a single. Just 2 from the first 3 balls.
  • 17.2 Oopss... intelligently bowled. Burl gets across a long way to the off side, looking for a paddle but the Fizz slipped in a slower one. Ryan looked to paddle but then bailed out. Eventually, he almost slipped.
  • 17.1 Wide yorker outside off, Mutombodzi was shaping up for the big one but had to adjust to drive it through the covers for a single.
  • We are back on! That was pretty quick. All the floodlights have returned to full power. Mustafizur Rahman to bowl the final over. 3-0-23-1 so far. How much will this break cost Zimbabwe? How much can they reach? Can they get to 150?
  • What has happened? We are enveloped in total darkness. Plenty of cellular phones go up in the crowd, switching on their torches. Looks like all the towers have gone off at the same time. This is going to be a big delay. Just one over left in this innings, so it will be frustrating for Zimbabwe. They were in some momentum. Will this long break snatch that?
  • 16.6 Full and around middle, pushed down to long on for a run. 11 from the over, 55 in the last 3! 136/5
  • 16.5 SIX! VIOLENCE! Oh that is a monster. Short and outside off, Mutombodzi swings this into oblivion over mid-wicket!
  • 16.4 Another long hop, pulled through mid-wicket for one more.
  • 16.3 On middle, flicked through mid-wicket for a run.
  • 16.2 A short ball, outside off, pulled through mid-wicket for a single.
  • 16.1 A yorker outside off, Mutombodzi looks to dig it out but gets a bottom edge to the off side.
  • Mohammad Saifuddin returns. 3-0-15-1 so far.
  • 15.6 SIX! 30 from the over! A 28-ball 50 for Ryan Burl! What a knock. Changed the complexion of the game. A flat ball outside off, Burl hammers this straight back down the ground, right in front of the sightscreen! Shakib finishes with figures of 4-0-49-0. 125/5
  • 15.5 FOUR! It is not getting over! Full and outside off, Burl gets down and mows it over mid-wicket, one bounce and into the fence!
  • 15.4 6, 4, 4, 6! What is going on, folks? Full and around middle, Burl heaves this through mid-wicket but it is a flat one. Still, it splits the man in the deep! 50-RUN STAND IS UP!
  • 15.3 FOUR! 14 in the first three balls! Full and around middle, Burl gets down and reverse sweeps it behind point!
  • 15.2 FOUR! TONK! Full and around off, Burl powers this down the ground through mid off!
  • 15.1 SIX! Up, up and away! Welcome into the attack, mate! Full and around off, Burl gets down and sweeps it mightily over backward square leg!
  • Shakib Al Hasan to bowl out. 3-0-19-0 so far.
  • 14.6 Another cutter, a short ball outside off, Mutombodzi looks to pull but misses. 14 from the over! 95/5
  • 14.5 Backs away down the leg side and Mustafizur follows him. It is a cutter and is pulled through mid-wicket for a run.
  • Third man comes in while fine leg drops back.
  • 14.5 WIDE. Pressure on the bowler. Seeing the batsman move around in his crease, the Fizz drops it well outside off. It is left alone and is way beyond the wide guideline.
  • 14.4 FOUR! Ohoho! Innovation now. Around middle, Burl gets down and laps it past short fine leg for a boundary to his left!
  • 14.3 SIX! THWACK! Full and outside off, Burl reaches out, gets to the pitch of the ball and swings it over wide long on!
  • 14.2 On middle and leg, whipped to deep mid-wicket for a run.
  • 14.1 Full and outside off, driven through mid off for a single.
  • Mustafizur Rahman is back on. 2-0-9-1 so far.
  • 13.6 A length ball outside off, TM looks to swing hard but the ball goes off the inner half of his bat towards short mid-wicket. 81/5
  • 13.5 This time he connects with the short ball and pulls it through mid-wicket for a couple.
  • 13.4 Another slower bouncer. This time a bit higher and that too, at the face. Tinotenda looks to pull but then ducks at the last moment.
  • 13.3 A slower bouncer, outside off, Mutombodzi swings hard but is nowhere near the pitch of the ball and misses.
  • 13.2 Full on middle, flicked through mid-wicket for a couple.
  • 13.1 Full and around off, Burl comes down the track and works it through mid-wicket for a single.
  • Mohammad Saifuddin returns. 2-0-10-1 so far.
  • 12.6 A short ball, pulled straight to short mid-wicket. 76/5
  • 12.5 Full on middle, Mutombodzi gets down and sweeps it through mid-wicket. Shakib Al Hasan flies to his left but misses the ball. Two runs taken.
  • 12.4 Full and down the leg side, TM looks to flick but misses and is hit on the pads.
  • 12.3 Outside off, Mutombodzi looks to cut but is beaten by the quicker one.
  • 12.2 Works it through the leg side for a run.
  • 12.1 Full and around off, Tinotenda comes down the track and works it through the leg side for a single.
  • 11.6 Full and around middle, Mutombodzi comes down the track and pushes it through mid-wicket for one. 72/5
  • 11.5 Full and around middle, reverse swept through point for a run.
  • 11.4 On middle, flicked towards mid-wicket.
  • 11.3 Oh dear... Ryan backs a long way to the leg side and Shakib follows him. Delivers this very slowly and follows him outside leg. Ryan looks to cut but misses.
  • 11.2 Outside off, pushed through point for a run.
  • 11.1 Full and around middle, Burl reverse sweeps this through backward point for a single.
  • Shakib Al Hasan is back on. 2-0-15-0 so far.
  • 10.6 The batsman has flicked the ball off his pads. The batsmen have run through for a single. 68/5
  • 10.5 On middle, pushed through mid on for one.
  • 10.4 Full and around middle, flicked towards short mid-wicket.
  • 10.3 The batsman flicks it away with a wristy shot. One run added to the total.
  • 10.2 Another one down the leg side, Tinotenda looks to sweep but misses and is hit on the pads again. This time, a single is taken. Leg bye signalled.
  • 10.1 Full and down the leg side, Mutombodzi looks to sweep but misses. The ball goes off his pads to short fine leg. Wants a single but is sent back.
  • 9.6 The batsman has played it towards mid-wicket. 64/5
  • 9.5 On middle, flicked straight to short mid-wicket. This time, Burl does not run.
  • 9.4 Full and outside off, driven through the covers but straight to the fielder.
  • 9.4 WIDE. Full and well outside off, left alone.
  • Tinotenda Mutombodzi walks in at number 7, replacing Maruma.
  • 9.3 OUT! Confusion, mix-up and a run out. Maruma has been sold a dummy down the river. Full and down the leg side, Burl whips it straight to short mid-wicket. He sets off for a single and Maruma responds. But then, Burl changes his mind and stops. Too late. By then, Timycen has come halfway down the track. He has to stop, then make a u-turn and by that time, the throw is to the bowler who disturbs the stumps. It is all going down in a mire.
  • 9.2 DROPPED! To be fair, the fielder did spectacularly well to get there in the first place. Full and outside off, Burl looks to hit this down the ground but the ball stops on the surface. It lobs in the air and goes towards mid off. Saifuddin comes running in and dives but cannot quite cling on.
  • 9.1 FOUR! Nicely done. Full and outside off, Burl leans, opens the face of the bat and guides it behind point. Third man races to his left but in vain.
  • Change of ends for Mustafizur Rahman. 1-0-4-1 so far.
  • 8.6 Works this down the leg side for another single. Just 3 runs and a wicket from the over, 11/3 in the last 3 after an 18-run over. 59/4
  • 8.5 A low full toss around middle, Maruma looks to play the reverse sweep but toe-ends it towards point. Bangladesh appeal for LBW but they are not getting that.
  • 8.4 Outside off, punched through mid off for one.
  • 8.3 Outside off, punched off the back foot.
  • 8.2 Full and around off, watchfully defended.
  • Ryan Burl walks in at number 6, replacing Williams. He was initially slated as an opening batsman by Zimbabwe's cricket but our colleague Kamtishwar confidently said, 'He will not open because he never opens!' Boy, is that man right.
  • 8.1 OUT! Caught and bowled! A tame return catch. Wicket first ball for Mosaddek. A nothing ball, a nothing shot. Full and outside off, Williams looks to drive but ends up hitting it straight back to the bowler. Mosaddek accepts the gift gleefully.
  • More spin. Mosaddek Hossain to bowl now.
  • 7.6 Around off, defended from the crease. 56/3
  • Timycen Maruma walks in at number 5, replacing his skipper.
  • 7.5 OUT! Snapped out of thin air! That is a terrific catch from Sabbir Rahman to end the opposition captain's stay at the crease. A length ball outside off, Masakadza looks to punch this through the off side but it hits the toe end of the bat. The moment that happens, Masakadza knows he is in trouble. He watches with bated breath as the ball dips down but then sees a flying Sabbir hare across in the air. To his right, taking the ball cleanly and that is it. What a catch at mid off.
  • 7.4 Outside off, eased through the covers for one.
  • 7.3 On middle, pushed through long on for a run.
  • 7.2 Wow! Terrific swing! A length ball, around leg, Williams looks to work it through the leg side but the ball comes in a long way and almost goes through! At the last moment, Sean gets his bat down and the ball takes the inner half towards fine leg. A single taken.
  • 7.1 Outside off, punched through the off side for a single.
  • Mohammad Saifuddin is back into the attack. 1-0-6-0 so far.
  • 6.6 Full and outside off, driven through mid off for a run. 4 and a wicket from the Fizz' opening over. 52/2
  • 6.5 Full and around middle, driven straight back to the bowler. The crowd roars, thinking it is a catch but then realizes that it is a bump ball.
  • Sean Williams walks in at number 4, replacing Ervine.
  • 6.4 OUT! Caught. A wicket in Mustafizur's opening over. A cutter to start, short in length outside off, Ervine looks to pull but the ball does not come on to the bat. He miscues it towards deep mid-wicket. Mosaddek Hossain is stationed at deep square leg and he runs a few paces to his right to take the catch. Another big blow to Zimbabwe.
  • 6.3 Landed outside off, Ervine jumps down the track and swings hard but misses. There is late deviation on that and it beats the outside edge.
  • 6.2 On middle and leg, Ervine flicks it through square leg and hares back for the second.
  • 6.1 Full and middle, flicked through mid-wicket for a single.

  • 5.2 Full and around middle, Ervine comes down the track and drives it through mid on for a couple.
  • 5.1 FOUR! THUNDEROUS! Full and around middle, Ervine gets down and sweeps it through mid-wicket for a boundary!
  • 4.6 Back of a length delivery on off, Hamilton defends it off the back foot. 30/1
  • 4.5 FOUR! Shows some innovation there does Hamilton! Good length delivery around off, Hamilton bends on one knee and paddles this over short fine leg fielder for a boundary.
  • 4.4 Good length delivery swinging into the left hander, Ervine flicks it to square leg and crosses over for another single.
  • 4.3 Very full delivery on middle, Hamilton drives this towards mid on and takes off for a quick single.
  • 4.2 Full delivery on middle and leg, Masakadza pushes this to mid on.
  • 4.1 Certainly some swing available. Full and around off, the ball dips into the left-hander. Ervine misses his flick and the ball goes off his pads through fine leg. A single taken, leg bye signalled.
  • Pace at last. Mohammad Saifuddin to bowl now.
  • 3.6 FOUR! This time Hamilton connects with the reverse sweep! Full delivery around off, Hamilton plays a reverse sweep towards the third man region for a boundary. 23/1
  • 3.5 Punched off the back foot by the batsman
  • 3.4 PLAY AND A MISS! Full delivery outside off, Hamilton looks for a reverse sweep but fails to put any bat on it.
  • 3.3 BEATEN! Beautifully bowled by Taijul! Bowls a flighted delivery around off turning away from the batsman, Hamilton looks to drive but fails to put any bat on it.
  • 3.2 Full and wide outside, CE looks to drive hard but ends up slicing it through point. Mustafizur Rahman from backward point dives to his left and stops the ball. A single taken.

  • 2.5 FOUR! Back-to-back boundaries for Hamilton. Excellent batting this as he comes down the track to this flighted delivery on middle and punches this down the ground through mid on.
  • 2.4 FOUR! Good shot from Masakadza here! Shakib bowls a full delivery on off, Hamilton sweeps this powerfully towards the square leg region for his first boundary of the game. There is a deep mid-wicket in place and he runs towards his right but cannot get there!
  • 2.3 Around off, defended from the crease.
  • 2.2 Outside off, punched straight to cover.
  • 2.1 Tossed up outside off, Masakadza looks to drive but hits it off the inner half back to the bowler.
  • 1.6 Another loopy ball on middle, Ervine attempts to defend but gets an inside edge onto his pads. 9/1
  • 1.5 Loopy ball around off, Ervine goes for a flick but misses it and is wrapped on the pads. There is a huge appeal for LBW but nothing from the umpire.
  • 1.4 The batsman gets an inside edge and the ball hits him on the pads.
  • 1.3 Short ball outside off, Ervine defends it off the back foot to the off side.
  • 1.3 Wide! Bowls this down the leg side, Ervine looks to flick but misses and it is wided.
  • 1.2 Full delivery on off, Masakadza drives this to long off and takes a single.
  • Craig Ervine comes in at number 3.
  • 1.1 OUT! Taijul takes a wicket off his first ball in T20Is. Excellent stuff. Flighted ball on off, Taylor goes for a wild hoick but gets a top edge high up in the air towards third man. Mahmudullah at short third man comes under it and takes a simple catch. The key to this dismissal was that it was delivered slowly through the air, making the batsman play early.
  • Spin from both ends in this format too! Taijul Islam to share the new ball with Shakib. This is an 18-over-a-side match, with 3 bowlers allowed a maximum of 4 overs and 2 allowed a max of 3.
  • Bangladesh (Playing XI) - Liton Das, Soumya Sarkar, Shakib Al Hasan(c), Mushfiqur Rahim(wk), Sabbir Rahman, Mahmudullah, Mosaddek Hossain, Afif Hossain, Mohammad Saifuddin, Taijul Islam (DEBUT) and Mustafizur Rahman.
  • 0.6 Flatter delivery on middle, Taylor flicks it to the leg side and takes a single. Good start from Zimbabwe. 7/0
  • Zimbabwe (Playing XI) - Brendan Taylor(wk), Hamilton Masakadza(c), Ryan Burl, Craig Ervine, Sean Williams, Timycen Maruma, Tinotenda Mutombodzi, Tony Munyonga (DEBUT), Neville Madziva, Kyle Jarvis and Tendai Chatara.
  • 0.5 Full delivery on middle, Hamilton looks to push but does so uppishly which goes just past the bowler towards mid off. The batters take a single.

  • 0.3 Floated ball on off, Taylor pushes it to long off and takes a single.
  • 0.2 Flatter delivery on off, Taylor defends it towards the off side.
  • 0.1 FOUR! What a start to the Zimbabwe innings! Slightly overpitched outside off, Brendan Taylor leans into the drive and hits it towards the extra cover region for a boundary.
  • All in readiness. The players are out in the middle. Hamilton Masakadza and Brendan Taylor are the openers for Zimbabwe. Spin it will be to start off proceedings. Shakib Al Hasan to bowl to Brendan Taylor. Here we go!
  • Masakadza says that he too, would have bowled first as well, as the pitch was under covers. Hence, he does not know what to expect. Admits that lack of cricket has hampered their practice but wants to make the most of what they get. Smiles on this being his last series and wants to end on a bang. Informs that Tony Munyonga makes his T20I debut tonight.
  • Shakib says that he is not sure about the weather, hence the reason to field. Puts behind him the Test loss and says that this is a totally different format. All the same, he wants his team to perform well as Zimbabwe are not going to be easy to beat. Looks at this as a stepping stone to the World T20 next year.
  • TOSS - Heads is the call, Tails it is. BANGLADESH ELECT TO CHASE.
  • PITCH REPORT - Tino Mawoyo observes the track has a little bit of grass cover. Adds that because of the dampness caused due to the covers, there might be some spin on offer but not much. Expects the captain winning the toss to chase as history supports the chasing team here.
  • WEATHER - It has been raining all day but the forecast looks good for the rest of the night. How will the outfield be though?
  • Yay! We are finally going to get underway! After a delay of 90 minutes, the opening match of the T20 tri-series involving Bangladesh, Zimbabwe and Afghanistan. The first two teams feature tonight.

Bangladesh Vs Zimbabwe Live Score (T20) Ball by Ball Commentary

  • Right! Bangladesh grab the first points in the tri-series. Afghanistan take on Zimbabwe to make their first entry in this series. The timing is the same, 6.30 pm local (1230 GMT) and so is the venue - Sher-E-Bangla National Cricket Stadium, Dhaka. Do join us. ADIOS! TAKE CARE!
  • Victorious Bangladesh skipper, Shakib Al Hasan, is all smiles. Agrees that Bangladesh can take a lot of confidence from this win, especially as the team was going through a lot of tough times. Hopes that Afif and Mosaddek continue their form in the next game. Wants to keep this momentum going as they are facing another difficult opponent in Afghanistan in their next match.
  • AFIF HOSSAIN HAS BEEN NAMED THE MAN OF THE MATCH. On his thought process when his team was 6 down, Afif says that he was only looking to play positive cricket as he got a rare opportunity to feature for his country. Admits that he felt that he was timing the ball really well. On his stand with Mosaddek, Afif says that he received good support from the other Hossain and they enjoyed batting together.
  • Zimbabwe captain, Hamilton Masakadza, says that Zimbabwe were right in the game taking early wickets but then lost their way. On the partnership between Burl and Mutombodzi, Hamilton praises the duo, especially Burl, getting some runs in the bank for the visiting side.
  • Earlier in the game, Bangladesh themselves had Zimbabwe at 63/5 but then a whirlwind 81-run stand for the 6th wicket between Burl and Mutombodzi got the visitors to a competitive total. That was so close to being match-winning as well. Stay tuned for the presentation...
  • Zimbabwe started well with the ball, with Sean Williams and Kyle Jarvis troubling the batsmen. Then Chatara, Burl and Madziva did their bit but all of these started to lose way once the Hossains attacked. Had they hung on to their catches or even been a bit better in the field, who knows, they might have pulled off a win.
  • With their backs to the wall, Mosaddek and Afif played counter-attacking cricket. Zimbabwe had no answer and sloppiness started to creep into their game. Misfields, dropped catches, poor lines and lengths, everything started going the hosts' way and the two Hossains looked unstoppable in an 82-run stand of just 47 balls. Afif played a blinder and scored a 24-ball fifty, the joint second fastest for Bangladesh in T20Is.
  • 145 was never meant to trouble the hosts but it did. Liton Das and Soumya Sarkar started well, adding 26 in 3 overs but then, the former's wicket changed proceedings. Bangladesh slipped from 26/0 to 60/6 in the span of 40 balls and at that stage, it looked like Zimbabwe had the game in the bag. But no. In came the two Hossains.
  • Whoa. A thriller. Who saw that coming? Not many. Or did any? Bangladesh were expected to win this contest and they did. But not without huffing and puffing.
  • 17.4 FOUR! VICTORY! A length ball outside off, the cutter, Saifuddin swings this over mid-wicket for the winning boundary! The moment he hits that shot, he runs towards the dugout in celebration. BANGLADESH WIN BY 3 WICKETS AND 2 BALLS TO SPARE!
  • 17.3 Full and outside off, Saifuddin looks to go over mid off, miscues it but hits it well enough to clear the fielder running back. Two runs taken and that LEVELS the scores.
  • Mohammad Saifuddin walks out for the final rites.
  • 17.2 OUT! Caught! Oh wow. Where has this come from? Nowhere. A full toss, outside off, Afif looks to smash it through the off side but finds short extra cover. Hamilton Masakadza takes a stinger and barely reacts. Then we understand that it is a catch! Well played, Afif. The entire Bangladeshi dugout stands up to applaud the effort.
  • 17.1 Just 3 more to win. A short ball, down the leg side, Afif pulls it through mid-wicket, calls for two and charges back for the second.
  • Neville Madziva to bowl the last over. Or the last ball. Who knows? Is a six in the offing?
  • 16.6 HALF CENTURY FOR AFIF! What a wonderful innings. A full toss outside off, Hossain punches this through the covers and sets off for a single. Mosaddek gives up halfway and is gone for all money but the throw misses the stumps at the striker's end. The helmet comes off for Afif and he thanks the heavens. A wonderful match-winning knock. 140/6
  • 16.5 RUN OUT MISSED! May not have mattered but this is schoolboy stuff. Around off, Hossain comes down the track and hits it down the ground. He wants the second as long off is a bit slow to get to the ball but Mosaddek takes off late. The throw comes in to Chatara who is in a good position to remove the bails but he misses the ball and hits the stumps with his hands instead!
  • 16.4 FOUR! WHACK! A length ball, on middle, Afif comes down the track and hammers it down the ground for a boundary! 8 more needed now.
  • 16.3 Full and outside off, driven through mid off for one.
  • 16.2 A length ball, around middle, Afif comes down the track and hammers it straight back over the bowler's head for a run.
  • 16.1 Full and around middle, flicked through mid-wicket for a single.
  • Tendai Chatara to bowl now. Will this be the final over of the match? 3-0-22-2 so far.
  • 15.6 FOUR! Extension of cheekiness! A length ball, down the leg side, Afif gets down and across and paddles it over short fine leg for consecutive boundaries! 130/6
  • 15.5 FOUR! Cheeky! A length ball, around middle, Afif sways down and ramps it over the keeper to the third man fence!
  • 15.4 Jumps down the track and powers this down the ground for a run.
  • 15.3 A short ball, down the leg side, Mosaddek looks to hook but misses.
  • 15.2 The batsman opens the face of the bat and helps it to third man. They pick up a single.
  • 15.1 Outside off, dabbed towards short third man. The fielder runs to his left and slides but can only make a half-stop. What should have been just a single, becomes a triple.
  • Kyle Jarvis returns. 3-0-18-2 so far. Can he end his spell well?
  • 14.6 Good fielding, poor fielding, FOUR! What happened? No, it is alright. I am in my senses. Full and on middle, Afif drives this straight back down the ground. Long off got to his left and dived, parrying the ball towards Ryan Burl coming in from long on. But Burl was lazy to bend and the ball escaped to touch the ropes! Williams is not happy one bit and he lets his voice hoarse to let the fielders know. 117/6
  • 14.5 Full and outside leg, Mosaddek looks to play the reverse sweep but misses. The ball goes off the keeper's pads towards short fine leg. A bye taken.
  • 14.4 A short ball, pulled through mid-wicket for a couple. Long on and mid-wicket interject, with the former sliding riding to his right.
  • 14.3 Outside off, punched off the back foot for a single.
  • 14.2 Full and around middle, Hossain comes down the track and hammers it straight back. It hits the bat of the non-striker and loses pace. Deflects past the bowler who runs back to stop it. A run taken.
  • 14.1 NOT OUT. Nothing on the Ultra Edge. Absolutely nothing. There has to be something in my hearing ability that I heard something. What was it? Anyway. A quicker delivery outside off, Mosaddek went back to punch it through the off side but missed. There was a noise along with some extra bounce as the ball went past the outside edge. The keeper and bowler went up straightaway and when it was given not out, Williams immediately urged his skipper to go for the review. Sadly for him and his side, nothing on the Ultra Edge.
  • Has Williams struck first ball? 'Go for the review, mate, go for the review' he mouths towards his captain. It is against a caught behind decision. He reckons Mosaddek is gone. There was a noise. Here comes Ultra Edge. Shocker. NOTHING! What was the noise then?
  • Sean Williams is back on. 2-0-23-0 so far.
