To recharge online, simply go to this page https://www.jio.com/Jio/portal/primeRecharge and enter your phone number and then follow the on-screen instructions.
To recharge via the Jio app, do the following:
Install the Jio app for you OS from this page https://www.jio.com/en-in/apps/my-jio
Click on Myjio - Open
Register with SIM card or Sign Up if no previous credentials have been made.
Select the recharge option you want and proceed with the instructions given in-app.
