Routes to take or avoid

According to India TV News, National Highways 9, 24, and 91 should be used by non-commercial vehicles travelling from Delhi, Ghaziabad, Meerut, and Hapur, to Mathura and Lucknow.

Non-commercial vehicles can use Delhi’s internal roads, including NH-9, 24, and 91, to travel from Delhi to Lucknow through the Noida-Greno Motorway.

Non-commercial vehicles should use the MP One, Two, MP 3, and DSC routes to get to New Ashok Nagar if they are travelling from Noida to Delhi or Ghaziabad. One can get to Chhijarasi from here via Jhundpura, NIB, and Model Town.

Non-commercial vehicles travelling from Lucknow, Agra, or Mathura can take the straight route from Aligarh, Tappal to Bulandshahr, or Mathura to Delhi instead of taking the Yamuna or the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway.

How your takeaway coffee is leaking microplastics into your body

A study found takeaway coffee cups can release thousands to millions of microplastic particles into drinks, especially when hot beverages are used. Paper cups with plastic linings shed fewer microplastics than fully plastic cups, but both release more particles at higher temperatures. Switching to reusable cups made of stainless steel, ceramic, or glass is recommended to reduce microplastic exposure from hot drinks.
