Who is 19-year-old Haryana gangster Yogesh Kadian on Interpol’s most-wanted list?

The International Criminal Police Organisation or Interpol has issued a Red Corner Notice against yet another Indian gangster.

Interpol has charged a 19-year-old from the Jhajjar district of Haryana with multiple counts of criminal conspiracy and attempted murder.

According to NDTV, Yogesh Kadian, who immigrated to the US two years ago, is spearheading the charge to eliminate rival gangster Lawrence Bishnoi.

Here’s all we know about the young gangster.

About Yogesh Kadian

Born in 2004, Kadian is considered an expert in state-of-the-art weapons and is currently part of the Bambiha gang.

When he was 17, he used a fake passport to fly to the US as a juvenile.

NDTV sources claim that he is connected to both Khalistani terrorists and the Bambiha gang. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has recently raided his home and known hideouts in India in order to look into the Khalistani connection.

A Red Corner Notice has been issued by Interpol against Kadian, and a reward of Rs 1.5 lakh has also been offered for information on the gangster.

In its notice, the Interpol has charged him of “criminal conspiracy, attempt to murder, acts done by several persons in furtherance of a common intention and possession and use of prohibited arms and ammunition.”

A Red Corner Notice is a request to the law enforcement authorities of Interpol’s member countries to find and temporarily detain a person until extradition, surrender, or a similar legal process can take place, according to News18.

In addition to Kadian, another sought person on Interpol’s list is Indian gangster Harbhej Singh, who hails from Amritsar in Punjab.

News18 reported Singh is internationally wanted for charges pertaining to the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act of 1985, as well as illegal weapons possession.

Several other Indian gangsters on Interpol wanted list

Interpol issued an RCN against Karanvir Singh, a member of the terrorist organisation Babbar Khalsa International, a Khalistani group, to all of its member nations earlier in September this year. Although he was originally from Punjab, another story from India Today states that he is thought to be hiding in Pakistan.

He is a well-known member of the gang and serves as terrorists Wadhwa Singh and Harvinder Singh Rinda’s right-hand man.

According to the official Interpol website, Singh is charged with several crimes in India, including murder, involvement in explosive activities, financing of terrorism, terrorist conspiracy, and violations of the Arms Act.

Another RCN was issued against gangster Himanshu alias Bhau, a most wanted criminal from Haryana. He hails from Ritoli village in Rohtak, is believed to be residing abroad. He is wanted in 18 cases, including murder, attempt to murder, forgery, extortion, criminal conspiracy, and cheating, among others, reported Indian Express.

They are currently working on a plan to take down the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, NDTV quotes its sources as saying.

Gangster Himanshu, sometimes known as Bhau, was the subject of another RCN. It is believed to be residing overseas.

The gangs are now working on a plan for eliminating the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, according to sources cited by NDTV.

Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi is presently being held in Ahmedabad jail while the National Investigation Agency (NIA) looks into drug smuggling charges against him. He is also a suspect in the singer Sidhu Moosewala’s murder case.

His latest claim of responsibility for the death of Khalistani terrorist Sukhdool Singh in Canada brought him back into the news. Sukha Duneke, also known as Sukhdool, died in Canada during gang-related conflict.

Additionally, he has often threatened Salman Khan in the past. He warned the Bollywood star via email earlier this year of the repercussions if he failed to watch Bishnoi’s interview with a news channel.
