Sanjeev Jain, the director and CEO of a subsidiary of real estate firm Parsvnath Developers, was arrested by the Delhi police.
The arrest came after a long chase of about 60 kilometres, according to a statement by the police.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (Shahdara) Surendra Choudhary said in a statement that he was arrested on Saturday by the STF team from the IGI airport over several warrants issued against him.

About Sanjeev Jain
Jain is the managing director and CEO of a subsidiary of Parsvnath Developers.
He lives in Gurugram, more precisely in the posh DLF Phase 2 area.
Jain has spent 32 years working for Parsvnath Developers Private Limited, handling the architectural, construction, and purchasing departments of the company, according to NDTV.
He was appointed Managing Director of Parsvnath Developers in February 2002. Under his leadership, the company has grown to operate in 37 Indian cities and 13 states. Parsvnath Developers was established in 1984.
Jain graduated from Bharti Vidyapeeth in Pune with a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
He attended Jain Khekra Inter College in Khekra, Uttar Pradesh, where he completed his schooling.

According to a report by the Hindustan Times, the Delhi police received information that Sanjeev Jain was at his Gurugram house. They reached his house to arrest him.
However, somehow he had fled to Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International (IGI) airport.
He was later arrested at the airport.
Warrants against Jain had been issued in a consumer complaint case in 2017 filed by a man identified as Rajat Babbar.
As per News18, there are a total of four non-bailable warrants and one bailable warrant from the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission pending at the Shahdara police station against him.
The report suggests a non-bailable warrant had been issued against the CEO on July 18 but he didn’t appear before the panel.
The police have been looking for him since.
Jain was later produced before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission on Sunday.
