The iPhone 16 is set to be launched on September 9.
The tech giant’s ‘It’s Glowtime’ event which is slated to begin at 10.30 pm on Monday.
Recent days have seen the hype building with the iPhone 16’s price, colour, specs and features being leaked online.
Four versions are set to be launched – the iPhone 16, the iPhone 16 Plus, the iPhone 16 Pro and the iPhone 16 Pro Max.
But what do we know about the iPhone 16 models? And what remains a mystery?

Price and colour
As per The Times of India, the iPhone 16 may cost around Rs 66,300 while the iPhone 16 Plus model may be priced at around 74,600.
The iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max are expected to retail at Rs 91,200 and Rs 99,500 respectively.
It is important to keep in mind that the prices are yet to be officially confirmed.
As per Hindustan Times, while these prices are similar to what the iPhone 15 cost during launch, they may vary on account of taxes and duties.
As per the newspaper, with reports that the iPhone 16 will be assembled in India, there could be a reduction in prices.
The iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus will likely come in seven colour options – black, blue, green, pink, purple, white and yellow, as per Business Insider.

As per Business Insider, the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max will likely have a new chipset built on the latest N3E 3-nanometer node.
They will be powered by the A18 Pro chipset.
The iPhone 16 Pro will have a 6.3-inch display while the iPhone 16 Pro Max will come with a 6.9 inch display.
Both devices will come with Samsung’s new M14 OLED panel – which will offer users higher levels of brightness.
As per India Today, the iPhone 16 and 16 Plus will likely have a 60 Hz refresh rate, while the higher end models will have a 120 Hz refresh rate.
The iPhone 16 and Pro Max will likely have a triple camera setup comprising a 48MP primary camera, a 48MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a telephoto lens.
The iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus will likely support WiFi6E, while the more expensive versions will be able to access WiFi7.
The iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus are expected to have 128 GB storage, while the Pro and Max versions will likely have 256 GB storage.
Apple is set to return the vertically-aligned camera modules with the iPhone 16, as per The Times of India.
The iPhone 15 models have horizontally-aligned camera modules.
The company will also likely do away with physical buttons for touch-sensitive buttons.
The iPhone 16 models will also have the ‘Action Button’ featured on the iPhone 15 pro models.
As per Business Insider, the iPhone 16 will also get a slew of AI-powered features including a better version of Siri, AI summary and object detection.
The iPhone 16 Pro will likely have a 3,355mAh battery, while the Pro Max is expected to come with a 4,676mAh battery.
