As Ganesh Chaturthi festivities continue in full swing across India, devotees honour Lord Ganesha, the remover of obstacles and the embodiment of intellect and wisdom. Known as “Pratham Pujya,” the first deity worshipped before any new endeavour, Ganesha holds a special place in Hinduism.

While the Elephant-headed God is most commonly recognised in his familiar form, he actually manifests in 32 divine incarnations, each representing a unique aspect of his powers and personality.
