This is because China and India are Malaysia’s fourth and fifth-largest tourist markets. As per government data, between January and June this year, the Southeast Asian country welcomed a total of 9.16 million tourists. Of these, 498,540 were from China, and 283,885 were from India. - The Supreme court on 31 October deferred till 1 December the hearing of the bail plea of suspended Jharkhand cadre IAS office Pooja Singhal, an accused in a money laundering case. The matter was adjourned by a three-judge bench headed by Justice SK Kaul, while noting that three crucial witness, who worked under Singhal, were to be examined on 23 November.
