While hearing a complaint filed by Bushra Bibi’s ex-husband, Khawar Farid Maneka, Senior civil judge Qudrat Ullah said on Tuesday that the decision to frame charges against Imran Khan and his wife will be taken on the next date of hearing, according to a Dawn report. The conclave is being organised in collaboration with the Ministry of Higher and Technical Education, Maharashtra, the Ministry of Sports and Youth Welfare, and the UNESCO Chair for Human Rights, Democracy, Peace, and Tolerance. No spot booking for Sabarimala darshan from today In view of the rising number of devotees reaching Sabarimala for the Makaravillaku festival, the Travancore Devaswom Board (TDB) has brought in restrictions, with no spot booking allowed for darshan starting today. Typically, the devotees who start arriving three days before Makaravilakku stay back at the hill shrine until they have Makaravilakku and Thiruvabharana darshan. They camp at various places in Sabarimala. Hence, more pilgrims pose a danger to their own safety and affect a smooth pilgrimage, according to TDB president PS Prasanth.
