She will also inaugurate Amrit Udyan today and the garden will remain open for public viewing from Friday till September 15.

Former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia will start a padayatra from Wednesday and “spearhead” preparations for the Delhi Assembly election scheduled for next year.
The decision has come as the party’s top brass has been holding discussions for the past two days over the future role of Sisodia after he was granted bail by the Supreme Court in the corruption cases linked to the non-scrapped Delhi excise policy.

Thai Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin could be thrown out of office today when the country’s Constitutional Court rules on his appointment of a cabinet minister with a criminal conviction.
The case comes after the same court disbanded the kingdom’s main opposition political party and banned its former leader, Pita Limjaroenrat, from politics for a decade.
Srettha is accused of violating ethics rules by appointing Pichit Chuenban, a lawyer closely associated with the family of billionaire former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra, as a minister.

Wholesale Price Inflation data to be released
