US President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump will meet King Charles III, Queen Camilla, and the Prince of Wales and Princess of Wales as they arrive in the United Kingdom for a state visit.

It is Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 75th birthday. To mark the occasion, among several events planned for the day, he will launch the ‘Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan’ to improve healthcare and nutrition support for women, adolescent girls, and children across India.

Trump’s second UK state visit

US President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump will meet King Charles III during their state visit to the United Kingdom, where he is also scheduled to meet senior British leaders to strengthen ties with one of America’s closest partners.

Trump’s earlier visit was hosted by the late Queen Elizabeth II. This time, King Charles III will receive him, with the Prince and Princess of Wales, William and Catherine, expected to play a key role as Trump is welcomed for the second time.

PM Modi’s birthday: A packed schedule

Prime Minister Narendra Modi turns 75 today.

Born as Narendra Damodardas Modi on September 17, 1950, in Gujarat, he served as the state’s Chief Minister for three consecutive terms (2001-14) and is now serving as Prime Minister for the third time.

As part of his packed schedule, he will launch the ‘Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan’ along with the 8th Poshan Maah to improve healthcare and nutrition services for women, adolescent girls, and children across the country.

Meta is expected to focus on AI-based augmented reality products and launch new smart glasses at its annual Connect event today.
