Zac Efron opens up about his struggle with addiction

Los Angeles: Former Disney star, Zac Efron opens up about his decision to enter rehabilitation. The 26-year-old got candid on the first episode of “Running Wild With Bear Grylls” and said that he had hit the lowest rung of his professional life due to the media’s fascination with his personal life, reports eonline.com. It was sort of the in-between work, the social aspects outside of it. He added that he was under constant pressure to seek out addictive substances as a means to deal with his busy lifestyle.
