Would love to act on big screen again, says Simi Garewal

Mumbai: Yesteryears actress and TV host Simi Garewal says she would love to return to her first love, acting, provided she gets something interesting. “I would love to act on big screen again,” Simi told reporters here Tuesday at the press meet for Indian Film Festival of Melbourne 2014. “It has been my first love. It brought me to the film industry. If the role is suitable, I would love to act again,” she added. Besides acting in films, the actress also tried her hands at writing and directing TV series. She has also hosted popular talk shows, Simi Selects India’s Most Desirable and Rendezvous with Simi Garewal Simi said she has come across many offers but nothing has tempted her so far. “Although I have received offers right through the years but nothing has tempted me so far to give up my television world or put my energy into it,” the actress said. “It needs to be something enough to captivate my aim,” she added.
