World's sexiest woman celebrates her 28th birthday

She is the dream girl of every Indian man and the yardstick of beauty and grace for every Indian woman — the sensational beauty of Bollywood, Katrina Kaif , is 28-years-old today and she is already one of the topmost actresses in Bollywood. Not only does Katrina have three films lined up for release with the three illustrious khans of Bollywood (namely  Salman, Shah Rukh and Aamir), she has also been voted the sexiest woman in the world by FHM magazine for the fourth time in a row. Katrina, was also the most googled celeb according to Google’s 2008, 2009, 2009 and 2010 analytics and with item numbers such as ’ Sheila ki Jawaani’ and ‘Chikni Chameli’ she is also giving all the item girls a run for their money. However, the movie did not do well at the box office. She was first noticed in Ram Gopal Verma’s Sarkar and garnered a lot of attention when she was paired with her then boyfriend Salman Khan in David Dhawan’s Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya. However, it was with her 2007 release Namaste London, with which she established herself as one of the lead actresses of B-town. And there has been no looking back since then. Although there were occasional disappointments, her popularity continued to raise with movies such as Partner, New York, Rajneeti and Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara. Every time she does an item number, it is the talk of the town and with ‘Mashallah’ (from Ek Tha Tiger) already climbing charts, she is still the most coveted item girl of Bollywood. Katrina also featured on several international magazine covers such as Vogue, Elle and  Bazaar and have walked ramp for various famous fashion designers. A Barbie doll was also modelled on her.
