Indicating that the cops are investigating all angles of the alleged Ness Wadia-Preity Zinta case, Mumbai Police Commissioner Rakesh Maria today said the actor is returning from abroad to Mumbai this week to record her supplementary statement. “Preity Zinta contacted us through her lawyer, and said she will come back to India this week. We have asked BCCI for CCTV footage of the incident,” the Mumbai Police chief said. Regarding underworld threats to Nusli Wadia, father of Ness and chairman of Bombay Dyeing on Tuesday, Maria said, “We are also probing the details of five telephone calls made to Nusli Wadia and are still verifying them.
