Will '300' director Zack Snyder join MCU after working with their rivals DC?

Zack Snyder has been working in the entertainment industry for over two decades now. His true recognition as a filmmaker happened with the blockbuster 300 after which there was no looking back for him. He then became the creative head of the extended DC cinematic Universe and made films like Man Of Steel and Batman vs Superman. The filmmaker also produced films like Wonder Woman, Aquaman, and Suicide Squad. After the unfortunate demise of his daughter, he had to leave the post production of his film Justice League. Joining MCU?
