Trisha Krishnan and Thalapathy Vijay have been making headlines ever since the actor and politician’s wife filed for divorce on the grounds of infidelity. And then Vijay and Trisha made an appearance together at a wedding and the video soon went viral. They are yet to confirm or deny that they are seeing each other amid the debates and discussions regarding their alleged relationship. But they have found support in filmmaker Vikram Bhatt.

The actress was engaged to Chennai-based businessman Varun Manian but later called off the engagement and even revealed the reason for doing so. She tweeted a decade ago that- “Amused by d hazaar speculations doin d rounds, Let it rest people. Happy, single n thankful.”

And in an interview, Trisha said, “The person I was supposed to marry, asked me to stop acting. Instead of films, I chose to put a full stop to my engagement. I will only take a break when I get pregnant. If I am not offered lead roles, I will do characters that suit my image but I won’t move away from the film industry. My wish is to act until my last breath.”

“There has been a great deal of noise about the personal lives of Vijay and Trisha Krishnan. I do not know whether the rumours online are true or not. But if they are, then I feel compelled to say a few things.

My recent incarceration has made me understand the value of freedom. What it is to crave a cup of tea that is not going to come. What it is to hunt for a tube of toothpaste. What it is to wait for seven in the evening, when the bail applications come in.
