Salman Khan has been working in Bollywood for the last 37 years and he’s one of the biggest stars in the country. Many people in the industry have spoken about his tardiness and veteran actor Danny Denzongpa even reprimanded him for his late coming habits during the making of their 1991 film Sanam Bewafaa. They reunited 23 years later for Jai Ho.
Salman Khan’s last film, Sikandar, failed to impress the audience and the box office and was termed as the actor’s ‘weakest film’ by many experts. However, the megastar said he has no regrets about doing Sikandar as he liked the plot of the movie.
During Bigg Boss 19’s Weekend Ka Vaar episode, Salman Khan poked fun at director AR Murugadoss’ comment, who accused Salman Khan of arriving late on the set.
At the show, comedian Ravi Gupta asked Salman Khan to name films he regret doing to which he replied Nishchay and Suryavanshi.
The actor later said, “Nayi mein se koi nahi hai… log kehte hain Sikandar par main nahi manta, uska plot bahut acha tha (I don’t regret doing any film in the recent times. People do say it can be Sikandar, but I don’t believe that. The plot of the film was good).”
