The director has decided to release his new film Bol Bachchan in the state at midnight for the convenience of the women observing the auspicious Jayaparvati fast. This year, the Jayaparvati fast for the well-being of one’s family started July 1 and will end on Friday. For their entertainment, Shetty has decided to schedule two shows of Bol Bachchan — 12 am to 3 am and 3 am to 6 am — much before the release of the movie anywhere else in India. “This is the first time that a movie is releasing early, specially for this occasion and it is an innovative way to celebrate it with a laugh riot Bol Bachchan,” said a source from the production. Loosely based on 1979 film Golmaal, Bol Bachchan features Abhishek Bachchan, Ajay Devgn, Asin Thottumkal and Prachi Desai. IANS
