Directed by Ashtar Sayed and penned down by Michael Pellico, the film is touted to be an action-thriller. As implied by the title, the film features Tandon as a mother. Maatr also features Madhur Mittal and Divya Jagdale in significant roles. The poster, which was released earlier this week, sees the word mother in different languages etched on Tandon's face.
