Masaba and Neena Gupta to celebrate woman power in a new video for UnBlushed

At 27, Masaba Gupta is one of the leading names in the world of fashion. And the girl has never shied away from admitting that if there’s one person responsible for her astounding success, it is her mother Neena Gupta – her only source of strength and support. The two come together to show what goes into the making of a truly successful woman. A celebration of woman power, the teaser opens with Masaba stepping into a studio for a shoot. As she gets ready, you can see Neena Gupta in various forms — as Masaba’s make-up person at one point, then her hairstylist, as a director at another point. In what can be viewed as a metaphorical visualisation, you see how Gupta plays different roles to help the young designer in her endeavours. Finally, it ends with Gupta assuming the role of a mother as she sits beside Masaba for a chat. What adds to the beauty of the video is Gupta and Masaba’s dialogue in the background as they reveal how important their role is in each other’s lives is. Talking about her latest endeavour, Masaba said, “Every successful woman has a group of women who are silently motivating her…Through this video, we want each woman to find her strength and thank her squad for their contribution in making her as she is today.” The video will be released on 9 October.
