The long-haired dachshund, named Remus after the Harry Potter series character Remus Lupin, is seen in a Gryffindor sweater and tie, obeying all the magical instructions spelled out by actor and YouTuber Anna Brisbin. From climbing up on the bed on hearing the levitation charm, ‘Wingardium Leviosa’ to pretending to be dead to ‘Avada Kedavra’, or even dropping the wand from the snout to 'Expelliarmus', Remus has taken the internet by storm. The video was uploaded by Brisbin on her YouTube channel Brizzy Voices. Remus also has an Instagram page where his bio reads that he loves belly rubs and hates full moons, much like Remus Lupin himself. After the video, his follower count has grown by leaps and bounds, and currently stands at over 47,000 followers. No sooner was the video released that Tweeple started reacting to the canine Potterhead. Even Pottermore, the global digital publisher of Harry Potter and the Wizarding World, responded to Remus with "10 points to Gryffin-paw!"
