Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan are rumored to be going through a rough patch in their marriage of 16 years. And a recent report by Times Now said the actress moved out of the Bachchan residence. However, the couple was spotted together at Dhirubhai Ambani School, Mumbai. They were accompanied by Amitabh Bachchan. Here’s the video:

Amid this, an interview of the actress has gone viral when she awarded the Padma Shri back in 2009 and while talking about the honour, she spoke about her family and Abhishek’s support. She said, “Professionally what was wonderful was being bestowed with the Padma Shri. People from the fraternity said you are the youngest from the industry to have received it thus far. I owe it to my parents and I devote it to them. It was very special when my in-laws said we welcome the fifth Padma Shri into the family.” She added, “I am blessed with the best husband in the world because it reflects on his strength that he can stand by his woman on a public platform at every given opportunity and applaud her.” Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan have been married to for 16 years, and even have a daughter named Aaradhya. They are one of the most loved and adored couple in the industry but over the last few months, there have been multiple instances when people have observed troubles in their marriage. “With due respect. I understand the need to continuously post, but would really appreciate it if you could do so responsibly,” tweeted Abhishek back in 2018 when the rumours of rift sparked. Not only did Abhishek Bachchan hit out at sites running stories based on the short clip, he also got back at Twitter users mocking him. When a user wrote, “Not worked for last three years but has money for vacation ! How ?” Abhishek replied, “Because, sir, I have several other businesses that I run apart from acting and producing movies. Sports being just one of them.”
