Image from Twitter[/caption] Viswasam, which is bankrolled by Sathya Jyothi Films and directed by Siva, is scheduled to hit the theatres tomorrow. The distribution rights for Coimbatore, Salem and Erode were sold to Sai Baba Films. Sai Baba Films already had an unsettled amount of Rs 77 lakhs which they had to give Umapathy, a cinema financier. On failing to do so, Umapathy filed a case and managed to get a stay order on the release of Viswasam in the regions of Coimbatore, Tiruppur and Erode. The counsel for Sai Baba Films appealed to the Madras HC to lift the ban on Viswasam, promising that an amount of Rs 35 lakh would be paid to the complainant later today and the remaining amount will be paid within four weeks from now. The hearing on the case is reportedly to take place later today.
