The trailer of Vineeth Sreenivasan’s debut production venture Aanandam has released. The producers shared the video on their Facebook page.
The trailer gives us a sneak-peek into the lives of a group of engineering students who have set out on their college’s first trip. The journey initiates a love story between the youngsters. While the film offers nothing new in terms of story line, the fresh casting and the feel-good teenage romance arouses interest. Sachin Warrier’s melodious music only adds to the charm and makes us a part of the camaraderie. The film marks the debut for many who are working on it. It is directed by debutant Ganesh Raj, who was earlier Vineeth’s assistant. The film features seven newcomers including Vishak Nair, Anu Antony, Thomas Mathew, Arun Kurian, Siddhi Mahajankatti, Roshan Mathew and Anarkali Marikar. Though Sachin Warrier has sung many numbers it is his first time as a music director. The actor-singer had shared the first look of the film on Facebook, before the shoot began on 5 May.
