'Udd Gaye' hitmaker Ritviz releases new music video Jeet from debut album VED

A year after Pune based music producer Ritviz struck gold with the smash hit ‘Udd Gaye’, the ‘Wonder Boy’ of Indian EDM has unveiled the video of ‘Jeet’ , the first track from his debut album VED with Bacardi House Party Sessions.

The music video was released on 3 December and features three women, one auto-driver, one coconut-vendor and a tailor, who steal moments of respite from their busy lives. The video captures the three friends as they go on a joyride around the city, soaking their feet in the sun-kissed ocean and gobbling popcorn while glued to the dull screen of a decrepit theatre hall. It highlights the magic of doing what one’s heart desires and letting loose through the comedic expressions and heart-warmingly playful antics of the three main characters.

Ritviz’s breezy voice glides through the song along with the percussion beats and instrumental segments which shine through. Jeet has been written, composed and produced by Ritviz. Similar to ‘Udd Gaye’, the pensive lyrics of ‘Jeet’ lent a melancholic tone to the song, despite its upbeat melody. The track that released in November is already on the top 100 list on Apple Music.
