Tv actress Daljeet Kaur: 'Feeling more confident now after the weight loss'

Daljeet Kaur, who gained popularity through her Sony TV show Kulvaddhu, is again in the news and this time for her weight loss. The actress, who has been playing supporting roles for quite sometime, has now lost 25 kilos in the hope of getting younger roles in daily soaps. Speaking to The Times of India about her reason for the transformation, she says, ‘I feel when people are offering me work, they should do it willingly and it should not be under any pressure. The former winner of Nach Baliye season 4, hit the headlines last year when she spoke up about facing domestic violence in her marriage. The actress, who is currently seen in the Zee TV show Kaala Teeka, confessed that she took up the show for financial reasons.
