Salman Khan is seems to be leaving no stone unturned — and no medium untouched for the promotion of his upcoming Eid release Tubelight, in which he stars alongside real life brother Sohail Khan. With the Ind0-Sino war as the backdrop the the movie, the songs and teasers that have been released leading up to the much awaited release of the film have Salman fans abuzz with excitement. Image from Instagram.[/caption] Amidst Salman’s promotion spree, there was one such promotion which created too much noise for anyone to ignore. In an unconventional move of sorts, Salman decided to break away from the pack that goes to popular comedian Kapil Sharma’s show for film promotions and instead — went to Sharma’s current rival Sunil Grover’s show Super Night on Sony TV instead. Grover broke the news via Twitter on 11 June, 2017 announcing the #SuperNightWithTubelight special episode in which Salman and Sohail participated in the show in what looks like the Khan brothers’ usual rambunctious activities. Singer Jubin Nautiyal also joined the two actors during the episode. The show saw the return of tele world’s much adored character Dr. Mashoor Gulati (played by Grover) back to the small screen. Ali Asgar — another popular face from Comedy Nights with Kapil was also seen on Super Night with Grover and the Khan’s as he too left Sharma’s show after the much publicized ongoing feud that has been unraveling between Sharma, Grover and Asgar over Sharma’s alleged misbehaviour with his co-stars. Sharma’s show only recently managed to regain its spot in the top five TRP churners of the week after being out of action for months. The episode also saw television actress Mouni Roy (of Naagin 2 fame) perform to famous Salman Khan numbers that added the entertainment factor to the show. The episode was hosted by Aparashakti Khurana. Salman also squeezed in a couple of dances to the songs of Tubelight with the cast of the show.
