Thalapathy Vijay is currently in Kerala for the filming of his upcoming film Greatest of All Time, aka GOAT. The actor’s visit to Thiruvananthapuram has created a buzz among Kerala people as this is the first time that the actor has reached the state in the last 14 years. Several videos of the actor greeting his fans who flocked in at the shooting location to catch his glimpse are being widely circulated on social media. The recent one shows the actor rocking the arena as he delivered a special speech in Malayalam while interacting with them.
The electrifying video shows the endearing love that Thalapathy Vijay ’s fans have for the actor. In the video, the actor makes a stylish entry as he stands above a bus to greet the massive fanfare that had been waiting for the actor to meet them since 2 am. The actor, as he met them, said in Malayalam, “As joyful as you are during the Onam celebration, I am overjoyed to see all of your faces; thank you all very much..”
The actor sported a clean-shaven look and donned a solid navy blue shirt paired with black pants for the special meeting with fans who arrived from every nook and corner of the state. Seemingly overjoyed to witness the love among Kerala fans for him, the actor expressed gratitude to them for showering him with heartfelt emotions.
Although the Leo actor indulged in shooting the climax of his highly anticipated film helmed by Venkat Prabhu, he managed to take some time out to interact with his fans from Kerala. In another video that surfaced on the Internet, the actor pulled off a similar stunt and stood on a bus to interact with his fans.
Among other videos, one that caught the most attention displayed his damaged car apparently due to the huge number of fans mobbing him while he travelled back to his hotel. In the clip, it is visible that the car’s windshield has been damaged and has received multiple dents.
Coming back to the actor’s upcoming film GOAT, it is directed by Venkat Prabhu and backed by Kalpathi S Aghoram, Kalpathi S Ganesh, and Kalpathi S Suresh under the banner of AGS Entertainment. Interestingly, the action thriller will be featuring Vijay in a double role.
