Thalaivaa to release in TN tomorrow, Vijay thanks CM Jayalalithaa

New Delhi: A day ahead of the release of his film Thalaivaa, which faced trouble in releasing in Tamil Nadu as scheduled, Tamil actor Vijay today thanked Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa for intervening in the issue and solving it. Vijay’s statement, which was released to the press said, “I wholeheartedly thank the Chief Minister for having solved the problem, inspite of her busy schedule. This has disturbed me, producer, distributors, theatre owners and fans. Chief Minister has intervened and acted in a manner, in a befitting reply to the articles, which appeared in the media,” he said. Thalaivaa is now rescheduled to hit the screens across the state tomorrow. PTI
