Thaana Serndha Koottam new song 'Naana Thaana Veena Ponaa' is catchy and sets a groove from the word go

Tamil superstar Suriya’s fans were delighted when the first looks of the actor’s upcoming movie, Thaana Serndha Koottam, were released recently. Now, the first song ‘Naana Thaana Veena Ponaa’ is out and it surely is a foot-tapping number which sets the groove from the very first moment. Image via Twitter[/caption] Writer and director of the film, Vignesh Shivan, took to Twitter on 23 July to reveal the first look of Thaana Serndha Koottam. The day also marked Suriya’s birthday, hence it was a double bonanza for the numerous fans.

Later, the superstar, himself revealed another look from the film. He tweeted:

This poster does justice to the film’s title which literally translates into ‘self accumulated people’. Vignesh, on 26 July, also revealed that the film’s first song will be launched on Saavn on 27 July. The  song, after its release, got super high hits and soon picked up. Thaana Serndha Koottam, is touted to be the Hindi remake of Akshay Kumar-starrer 2013 film, Special 26, reports  Hindustan Times. It also stars Karthik, Keerthy Suresh, Senthil and Baahubali’s Sivagami Ramya Krishnan. This film will also be the first joint venture of Suriya and Vignesh. The director gained fame for his films like Poda Podi and Naanum Rowdydhaan. Current Tamil musical sensation, Anirudh Ravichander, has composed music for the film. Produced by Studio Green, Thaana Serndha Koottam, is also reportedly going to be dubbed in Telugu. It is slated to release sometime during this year end.
