Sushant Singh Rajput quits RAW; producer Bunty Walia is miffed but will go ahead with another actor
Team RAW - Romeo Akbar Walter has confirmed that Sushant Singh Rajput has left the project and his sudden exit has not gone down well with the producer Bunty Walia.
All the speculations of Sushant Singh Rajput quitting upcoming film RAW have come true. Team RAW - Romeo Akbar Walter has confirmed that the actor has left the project and his sudden exit has not gone down well with the producer Bunty Walia.
In a report by Mumbai Mirror, Bunty has majorly lashed out at the actor for his deranged behaviour and impulsive decision. He also said that he will make sure film gets even bigger now, adding that Sushant Singh Rajput leaving has emotionally affected Robbie Grewal, the director of the film. The first look of the film did quite well with SSR in the poster as the lead.
“Now that we have the time, we’re working to improve the script and it should be ready by month-end, after which the director will decide which actors to approach,” said Bunty.
Rumors also claim that Bunty's best buddy Abhishek Bachchan might try fit into Sushant's shoes, as they are barely left with an option.
“I’ve heard the speculations too but I’ve left that decision to Robbie. I’ll definitely try to influence him to meet Abhishek,” Bunty said to Mumbai Mirror.
The film is based on true events from the era of 1971. Major chunks of the film will be shot in Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Kashmir, and Kathmandu. Making it very clear that he is quite offended, Bunty further said, “It’s a great story that needs to be told. Bad luck to the one who missed the bus.”
While there are so many issues doing rounds about SSR in the media, he seems pretty unaffected. SSR Tweeted some of his 'selfmusing' moments on Twitter recently.
