Sonu Sood became the messiah of the people because of his philanthropic work during the lockdown back in 2020. A lot of people still thank him for the work he did for the needy five years back. But he has now landed in trouble.

An old video of the actor has gone viral on social media where he could be seen riding a bike in Spiti Valley without a helmet.

A user tagged Himachal Pradesh Police on X and wrote, “So will @himachalpolice take any action on @SonuSood for riding naked without a helmet in Spiti? No protective gear, no clothes — for god knows what he is trying to promote. Are celebrities above the law? @splahhp #HimachalPradesh.”

Here’s the viral video:

One user said, “Whoever is saying, no helmet, I would like to say one thing to all of you, wherever you see wrong, say don’t bark on insta.”

Another wrote- “So called Star riding without helmet and gears promoting.”

A third comment read- “Pls wear riding gears n helmet …you’ve been a great example of kindness and inspiration. Pls don’t encourage riding without helmet n proper gears in terrain like these.”

Sonu Sood had landed in trouble earlier in February too as a court in Punjab’s Ludhiana issued an arrest warrant against him in an alleged fraud case. The case of Rs 10 lacs fraud was filed by Rajesh Khanna, a Ludhiana-based lawyer.

The actor had broken his silence on X and said, “We need to clarify that the news circulating on social media platforms is highly sensationalised. To put matters straight, we were summoned as a witness by the Honourable Court in a matter pertaining to a third party to which we have no association or affiliation.”
