Social media stalker's guide: Sonam Kapoor's desi swag at Cannes, Ranveer Singh's alter ego
From Sonam Kapoor at Cannes, to Anil Kapoor in Family Guy, we've got the social media addict in you covered.
Editor's note: What's more fun than passing off stalking celebrities on social media as work?
Very little, right?
And so, we scanned the Instagram and Twitter accounts of celebs from India and abroad, to bring to you weekly updates from the interwebz. Who tweeted to whom? Who reposted last night's party pics? Who went on a rant about-... well, whatever it is Kanye West rants about. Whatever it is, don't worry, we've got you covered.
We stalk, you read. Deal?
This week has been an exciting one, mostly dominated with the various looks of celebs: from Sonam Kapoor at Cannes, to Anil Kapoor in Family Guy and SRK clean shaven. Plus, we also have your weekly dose of Ranveer Singh. Thank us later.
Jhumka gira re, Cannes ke bazaar mein
Sonam Kapoor has been rocking the various gowns by Ralph & Russo through the 69 Cannes International Film Festival. We also know of her affinity for fusion (what with the nathni she wore last year). She takes both these aspects to another level in her fusion outfit from this year: a Ralph and Russon white gown with jhumkis to die for. Desi swag, indeed.

Shah Rukh Khan has been rocking the trimmed beard (sometimes french beard) look since 2014's Happy New Year, and shocking all us hipster beard lovers, he posted a selfie of himself completely clean shaven. Usually we would have a problem with this, but it's SRK, so can he really do anything wrong?
Varun Dhawan's adorable beagle channeled our inner Monday spirit, ie, he is seen being lazy AF in an instagram video posted by the actor. We've all been there, when we can't be bothered to stand up or even move, and being horizontal is pretty much the only "work" we want to do. We get you, Angel.
The yummy alter ego

#Justsaying if I had an alter ego that looked like Ranveer Singh, I would probably not have a day job and spend all my time with it. Perhaps capturing this exact emotion is photographer Tarun Khiwal, who did a series with Ranveer, and presents him at his goofiest, sexiest best, aka just how we like him.
Anil, the family guy
... and we mean that in the truest sense of the word. First and foremost, can we talk about Anil Kapoor's Family Guy character and how badass it looks? He even wears a earring, to which we want to say, "Jhakaas!" #sorrynotsorry

Also, Anil Kapoor recently celebrated his anniversary with his wife Sunita Kapoor, and his post on instagram is giving us serious #relationshipgoals.
Happy Anniversary @kapoor.sunita !!! Our house would never have become a home without you. Our kids would never have understood the meaning of family without you. I would have never experienced love without you. Thank you for always being my rock , my best friend, my lifeline & my soulmate!! A photo posted by anilskapoor (@anilskapoor) on
