Her mother’s contribution

Honestly, since I remember my mom started the first personal training gym in Mumbai. This was many many years ago. So it is my mother who has been very very healthy from the very beginning. Very health conscious. My dad would love to indulge sometimes but my mother kind of controls him like a very good Indian wife.

Much like all of us bid adieu to 2023 and welcomed the new year enthusiastically, celebrities, too, shared their best moments to count their blessings. While many stars chose to share a glimpse of their New Year celebrations, Sonam Kapoor shared a wrap-up video cherishing the moments she spent with her husband and son Vayu.

The video was accompanied by a long heartwarming note in which the actress reflected on her past year and shared how she dealt with her husband Anand Ahuja’s rare illness.

Sonam Kapoor  ’s long note covered the emotions she experienced in 2023. “The last year has been a roller coaster. Coming to accept the fact that we are parents and all the joys and fears that come with it. Understanding that I had changed drastically emotionally, physically and spiritually and that comes with pain, acceptance and eventually exhilaration,” Sonam wrote.
