Son of Abish: Rohan Joshi, Ashish Shakya's banter kickstarts season 3

Comedian and talk show host Abish Mathew is back with another season of Son of Abish. The first episode of season three begins with an interview with Rohan Joshi and Ashish Shakya from All India Bakchod (AIB). YouTube screengrab.[/caption] The episode opens with a special intro and then Mathew discusses things that have been making news this week in John Oliver style. In another segment titled In Other News, Mathew speaks about the Supreme Court’s ban on Diwali, wrestler Kavita Devi, who is the first Indian woman to sign up with WWE and more. Thereafter, Joshi and Shakya make an appearance and discuss going back to stand-up and recount some hilarious encounters. From the games they used to play as kids to being ghosted by their online lovers, the three comics dart from one topic to another in the 40-minute-long video. Incidentally, Abish was formerly a part of AIB whose current members include Tamay Bhat, Gursimran Khamba, Joshi and Shakya among others. A bevy of celebrities have previously appeared on Mathew’s show — Richa Chadha, Radhika Apte, Badshah, Mallika Dua, Biswa Kalyan Rath, Zakir Khan and Varun Grover to name a few. Watch the video here:
