Sketch teaser: Vikram and Tamannaah Bhatia share screen space for the first time

Apart from Kollywood's big Diwali release Mersal, another film that's got the trend mills buzzing is Vikram's next film Sketch.

In the latest teaser of Sketch, the makers introduce us to a Dhool style Vikram, who is seen in a completely commerical avatar; a typically 'thara local' role.

By the looks of it, with Sketch, Chiyaan Vikram seems to be taking a break from his otherwise larger than life/ off beat roles in movies like I, Iru Mugan and Deiva Thirumagal.

Thaman SS's music seems to give Vikram's slow-mo action sequences and punchlines the perfect boost, while we know little about why the actor is beating up the bad guys and to what exactly the gangster build up will lead to.

Like the actor says 'Sketch sketch panna, miss avudhu' (If sketch sketches, there is no chance of it missing), fans are now all curious to know what exactly is Sketch pursuing in this movie.

Directed by Vijay Chandar, the action drama vastly set at Chennai's ports, also has Tamannaah in the lead role. This is the first time Vikram and Tamannaah will be sharing screen space and while the actress's role is yet to be revealed, we get a glimpse from the movie stills.

Apart from Sketch, Vikram is also said to be filming with Gautham Menon for the much hyped, Dhruva Natchathiram, expected to hit theaters soon.
