After John Abraham starrer S_hootout at Wadala_ faced a delayed release in Pakistan for being too provocative, it has been banned from many theaters in Punjab.
According to reports, theatres in Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Bathinda, Amritsar and Moga have cancelled the movie screening after an outfit called the Bhartiya Valmiki Dharam Samaj complained that certain dialogues of the movie have offended the community.
The shows were reportedly cancelled on orders of Police Commissioner Ishwar Singh and DC Rahul Tewari.
