Shatrughan Sinha reveals he dozed off during narration of Kaalicharan on The Kapil Sharma Show

Shatrughan Sinha is the latest celebrity to appear on comedy chat show The Kapil Sharma Show, who was in attendance along with his wife Poonam Sinha. The actor candidly spoke about his “late-lateef” attitude, his career, and family. Image via Twitter[/caption] The actor-politician revealed that during a narration of Kaalicharan, which went onto become one of the most memorable movies in his filmography, the actor dosed off, as he was working multiple shifts at the time. “I was working multiple shifts and Subhash (Ghai) ji came to my house at 4 am, insisting on the narration,” he said, as quoted by Mumbai Mirror. Sinha also said that he was known in the industry for always arriving late at film shoots. He said that Manoj Kumar believed that the reason behind Shatrughan getting negative roles at the beginning of his career was to do with his lack of punctuality. He further said that it was Manoj Kumar was the one who named his twin sons, Luv and Kush, since Shatrughan is the name of one of the four brothers in the Ramayana. Until now, several guests have made an appearance on the show, including the _Simmba_ team— Rohit Shetty, Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan, Salman Khan along with his father and brothers Arbaaz and Sohail.
