As the awards season remains in full swing, following the 69th edition of the Filmfare Awards, the Zee Cine Awards was recently held in Mumbai with prominent B-Town celebrities marking their attendance at the ceremony. From superstar Shah Rukh Khan to actors like Shahid Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Ayushmann Khurrana, and Ananya Panday among others, many were seen making dazzling entries on the red carpet, adding to the glitz and glamour last night.
While celebrities showed up in the designer best at the award show, a series of electrifying performances took the excitement to the next level. One of the major highlights from last night’s award ceremony was the epic reunion between Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt.

Despite a brief encounter between the two, Alia and Shahid did make sure to entertain the audience in full spirits. The two can be seen matching their steps to popular songs from each other films like ‘Dholida’ from Gangubai Kathiawadi and ‘Saree Ke Fall Sa’ from R Rajkumar.

Their on-screen chemistry and fun reminded fans of their previous collaboration in films like Udta Punjab and Shandaar. In the meantime, Shahid also performed solo on the title track of ‘Teri Baaton Mein Uljha Jiya’.

Another performance that came as a major highlight from the awards ceremony was by Bobby Deol. The actor performed on the hit song ‘Jamal Kudu’ from Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal.
In the meantime, the Zee Cine Awards 2024 also saw some big names bagging top honours. While Shah Rukh Khan and Rani Mukerji won the Best Actor awards in the popular category, Sunny Deol and Kiara Advani bagged the Viewer’s Choice Awards. On the other hand, Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday won honours as the Performer of the Year.
