Shah Rukh Khan reacts to Chris Martin’s 'special' shoutout during Coldplay's Mumbai concert: 'My brother you make me feel...'

Coldplay frontman and lead singer Chris Martin gave a special shoutout to Bollywood megastar Shah Rukh Khan during his latest Mumbai concert, which turned out to be one of the event’s biggest highlights.

Proclaiming ‘Shah Rukh Khan, forever’, Chris sent the actor’s fans into a frenzy. Now, the Pathaan star has responded to his tribute with a heartfelt gesture.

On Monday, SRK posted a clip of Chris giving a shoutout to him, along with a sweet note on his social media, which read, “Look at the stars…look how they shine for you….and everything you do! My brother Chris Martin you make me feel special….like your songs,” adding, “Love you and a big hug to your team. You are one in a billion, my friend. India loves u, @coldplay”.

The band consists of vocalist and pianist Chris Martin, guitarist Jonny Buckland, bassist Guy Berryman, drummer and percussionist Will Champion, and manager Phil Harvey.

Post Mumbai, the band will perform in Ahmedabad, which will take place on 26th January. The concert will also stream on Disney+ Hotstar.

In the announcement shared by the platform, the lead singer of the band, Chris Martin, expressed, “Namaste to all our friends in India. We’re thrilled to share that on the 26th of January, our show from Ahmedabad will be streaming live on Disney+ Hotstar, so you can watch it from anywhere in India. We hope you’ll join us – we’re so excited to visit your beautiful country. Sending lots of love!”
