Salman Khan should apologise: BJP on the actor's 'raped woman' remark

GettyImages[/caption] The 50-year-old actor has landed himself in a controversy after he reportedly compared himself with a raped woman when quizzed about the gruelling “Sultan” shoot. “Salman Khan should apologise. It might be a slip of tongue. There is no rationale to it,” BJP spokesperson Shaina NC said. “Whatever the logic, Salman should apologise for the statement,” she said. “The analogy was wrong,” Shaina said, referring to the actor’s reported remarks that he felt like a “raped woman” after the “Sultan” shoot. “This isn’t about Salman’s fan following but about a self-respecting man respecting women,” she added.
