Salim Khan on Arbaaz Khan's second marriage with Sshura Khan: 'I don't think it's a crime'

Actor-producer Arbaaz Khan has tied the knot with celebrity makeup artist Sshura Khan after the duo dated for a couple of months. The two got married in an intimate ceremony, surrounded by family and close friends on Sunday, 24 December. Among the attendees were Arbaaz’s parents Salim Khan-Salma Khan, stepmother Helen, siblings Salman Khan, Sohail Khan, Arpita Khan, and Alvira Khan Agnihotri. Several pictures and videos from the wedding have also gone viral on social media, gaining media attention. Now that the Khan family has welcomed the new bride into the house, Salim Khan recently shared his happiness. Salim Khan reacts to Arbaaz Khan’s second marriage In an exclusive interaction with News18, Arbaaz’s father Salim Khan spoke about the wedding and said that he was happy for his son. “They decided to get married. I don’t think it is a crime. I am happy for him and have given my blessings to the bride and the groom,” he said. The veteran screenwriter also spoke about whether there was any discussion regarding the wedding and added, “I don’t think there was any need for a discussion. He is young, educated, and mature and can make his own decisions. There is no need for my permission.” “If he is happy then nothing else matters. He just mentioned that he was going to get married and I said that’s fine. I also feel that it’s better not to interfere in anyone’s life as it causes problems.” Khan also opened up about how only close friends and family members were invited to the wedding, adding that it was an intimate affair and everyone was happy for the couple. After the nikah ceremony, Arbaaz shared pictures in which he was seen with the bride and other family members.  Along with the photos, the actor wrote, “It’s you. It’s me. It’s us.” Arbaaz Khan was previously married to Malaika Arora. The couple parted ways in 2017. They have a son, Arhaan whom they are now co-parenting.
