A romantic-comedy with an Oscar winning actress like Natalie Portman is not a matter of joke. Especially for a Bollywood actor, even if he is a big star like Saif Ali Khan. [caption id=“attachment_397281” align=“alignleft” width=“380”]
Courtesy: Facebook[/caption] For past few days, the media was abuzz with reports of Saif Ali Khan pairing up with Natalie Portman for a romantic comedy. The nawaab of Pataudi, in a telephonic interview to
Times of India
had said “A love story we are working on … It’s a secret … We are doing a film with Natalie Portman," and this was enough for the media to go berserk**.** However, it seems that Saif was just kidding, or that is what he is saying now. On Saturday, Saif told Mumbai Mirror
that he was actually joking about the film with Natalie. “It was a joke. I’m sorry. I’m just annoyed with speculation on all aspects of my life. I might just start making up stories to entertain myself,” he said. This clarification, however, comes after reports of Natalie Portman’s lawyers sending Saif’s company a legal notice warning him to stop using Natalie’s name in baseless claims, surfaced in the media.
