Saif Ali Khan and wife Kareena Kapoor Khan are reportedly planning to shift a new house next year, which will comprise of four floors of a building in Bandra.
According to a report in DNA , Saif has bought four floors of a building opposite his current residence at Fortune Heights in Bandra. Each floor is a 3 BHK apartment of 3,000 square feet each, and the total cost of the four floors is Rs 48 crore.
“Saif likes to live in spacious surroundings," a source told DNA . “While he and Kareena have been living in their Bandra apartment for many years now, they now feel the need for a bigger space, so the couple have invested in a new home. Saif has fancy plans for their new abode. He wants a terrace-garden on one floor, a swimming pool on the another and gym in another. There is also a plan for a big library for his many precious books.”
Saif Ali Khan recently provoked the ire of the media when he showed up three hours late to a promotional event in New Delhi.
The moment the 43-year-old reached the venue of a function, organised by the Delhi Election Commission, the reporters and lensmen reacted angrily and asked the ‘Nawab’ to apologise for coming late. The request was turned down by Saif.
Later, Saif was heard apologising to a few people as he rushed out of the venue.
